Provides nursing and supportive care for terminally ill patients and their families or caregivers. Manages a caseload of patients and caregivers as assigned. Candidates should have relevant work history and skills checklistCurrent to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty. References must include two supervisory references with dates employed listed. Candidates' permanent address must be provided. Must be able to work within a 50-60 mile radius. The maximum caseload is 12 patients. Mileage is reimbursed at the standard IRS rate. On-call duty is required, including weekends. Weekend shifts are every fourth weekend.
