Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' unique requirements and create individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work in close partnership with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families : Offer guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapy methods to empower continued progress at home.
• Track and Document Patient Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient progression.
