STARTING JULY 5 - ONGOING (As long as you can fill)The Position : Full-time Monday Through Friday Office hours 9-4 five days a week Average 25-35 patients daily 80% scheduled 20% walk ins Call on 1 : 3 2 other physicians in practice No midlevels After Hours patients seen in the EM For EM Pediatric Patients (FDR Admits) Inpatient light 2% Inpatient census 0-4 Nursery Census 0-3 Level 1 Nursery 45 Births per month average Staff / Equipment 8 Exam Rooms RN / LPN / Lap Tech Respiratory Therapist Crash Cart Inhaler 02 Audiometer Nebulizer Airway IV Supplies Suction / Aspirator Peak / flow meters Lab Services Procedures required Outpatient Pediatrics Inpatient Pediatrics Nursery Level 1 Central Line Placement (umbilical catheters) High Risk and C-section deliveries Circumcision Preferred Skills Chest Tube Insertion Diagnostic / therapeutic tapsQualifications : Graduate of an Accredited Pediatric Residency Board Certified or Board Eligible and within 5 years of residency NRP, PALS, BLS Certifications Required Will look at PED and PEDOP License to Practice in the Commonwealth of PennsylvaniaThe Hospital 42 Beds 500 deliveries annually 3 Obstetricians 1 midwife No midlevels No home deliveries In-house Anesthesia Level I NICU High Risk come CONEMAUGH No assist for C section
