Job descriptionFull benefits including : health, dental, vision, life insurance, group health insurance, disability insurance (short and long term), & full malpractice insurance 6 weeks of paid time off Generous sign-on bonus & relocation reimbursement Paid professional dues, licensing, and professional memberships; annual CME allowance Guaranteed annual salary for the first 2 years of employment with opportunity for additional income based on production hours worked Elective deferral plan Annual employer contribution of 10% of wages towards 401K plan (100% vested without employee contribution requirements) Historical clinic volumes have been approximately an average of 18-22 patients / day New patient appointments average 6-7 weeks to get in and 5-6 weeks for follow-up appointments, so there is plenty of room for department growth Opportunity for outreach clinic sites available if desired Serves full population from pediatrics to geriatrics; historically the patient population has been 25% pediatrics, and 37% ages 65 and up Full time audiologist with dedicated, seasoned ENT / audiology support staff Home to more than 1,000 lakes within the region. Within the city limits, there are 5 lakes, 17 park and recreational areas, and an 18-hole public golf course. The community offers wonderful museums, a nature learning center, historic buildings, a performing arts center, a world class horse arena, and the natural beauty of trails and prairie. The paved, 135 mile long Central Lakes Trail begins in our community and ends in St. Joseph, MN where many enjoy biking, walking, jogging, in-line skating, or snowmobiling in the winter. 60 miles from Fargo, ND metro area 177 miles from Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN metro area
Details :
- Work a 3.5 " 4 day clinic week, with one surgical day on Tuesday
- 2 year partnership track
- Join an established practice to replace a retiring physician
- Primary service area supporting a population of 70,000
- On-call for single specialty is 10 days / month; non on-call days, ENT is backed up by general surgery
- Board certification preferred / board eligibility required
