We are a heavy civil contractor specializing in large site infrastructure, underground utilities and roadway construction throughout Central Florida.

The AGTEK / CAD Technician is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely quantity take-offs for site development, underground utility and roadway projects.
Responsibilities :
- Perform quantity take-offs for civil construction scopes of work including earthwork, underground utilities and roadways.
- Ability to effectively utilize computer software for quantity take-offs and estimate preparation (AGTEK, AutoCAD, HCSS Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office).
- Assist the estimating and project management departments with the preparation of project proposals, change orders, etc.
- Prepare exhibits and drawings as needed to include with proposals for backup and clarification of bid quantities.
- Perform clerical duties as needed such as creating and maintaining electronic files, compiling relevant data for use in project proposals, etc.
