Harlem Children's Zone(HCZ) a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission-aligned Director of Talent Development to join our Human Resources Team.

The Director of Talent Development will bring a passion for the mission of Harlem Children's Zone : break the cycle of intergenerational poverty with comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that builds up opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life.

We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking, and influential Director of Talent Development to lead enterprise-wide learning initiatives that drive employee growth, leadership capability, and organizational performance. This role is a key architect of our talent strategy, integrating Learning & Development (L&D) with broader Talent Management and Performance Management frameworks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate executive presence, strategic foresight, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leadership.
