One of our premier partners is seeking a Primary Care Physician for locums coverage as soon as possible. The ideal opportunity for a provider looking to make an impact in a value based care setting with a focus on patient experience / outcome.

Details / Requirements :

Coverage : ASAP - 3 Months with possible extension

Can credential in 2-4 weeks

Schedule : 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Patient volume : 14-16 patients per day

Value based care setting centered around adult / geriatric patient load
