Lockwood Distilling Company is looking for a Culinary Operations Manager to lead and elevate kitchen operations across our three restaurant locations — Richardson, McKinney, and Garland. This role is responsible for food consistency, quality, efficiency, and training across all Back of House teams.

You’ll oversee everything from menu execution to vendor management, while helping us build scalable systems and standards. The ideal person is hands-on, thrives in organized chaos, and knows how to lead teams with both structure and passion. A plus if you know how to roller blade and play ping pong (not at the same time).

What You’ll Own (Key Accountabilities) :

  • Oversee all BOH operations across 3 locations
  • Manage food and labor costs, inventory systems, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure menu consistency, recipe accuracy, and food quality
  • Lead BOH hiring, scheduling, and team training programs
  • Develop and enforce prep systems, cleaning standards, and kitchen checklists
  • Collaborate with GMs and the Integrator to set and track key culinary metrics
  • Support menu development, seasonal changes, and specials rollout
  • Be present in the restaurants during key volume hours and events to lead and ensure quality and expectations are met
