Your Journey to Success :

The Lifecycle Manager has a strong passion for enhancing user retention for the consumers in our mobile app ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive retention strategies that maximize user engagement, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value for our mobile app users. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of user behavior, and expertise in retention marketing tactics.

Your Mission

Mobile Retention Strategy Development

• Design and Implement Retention Plans : Create and execute data-driven retention strategies that align with overall business goals.
• User Segmentation : Analyze user data to segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement levels to tailor retention efforts effectively.
• Lifecycle Mapping : Develop detailed user lifecycle maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for enhancing retention.
