Job Description
- Deliver high-quality technical support for Avaya communication systems and products
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Avaya platforms, including IP Office and Aura
- Analyze and diagnose network-related problems affecting Avaya systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and system upgrades
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and technical configurations
- Provide clear and concise communication to clients regarding issue resolution and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Avaya technologies and industry trends
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24 / 7 support coverage
- Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience in Avaya systems supportStrong knowledge of Avaya communication systems and products, including IP Office and Aura platformsProficiency in network protocols such as TCP / IP and SIPExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAvaya certifications (, ACSS, ACIS, or APSS) preferredStrong understanding of telecommunications and unified communicationsExceptional customer service and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with technical documentation and report writingAdditional Information
