About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health to join our team in Tucson, AZ. These full-time, direct-hire positions offer stability, excellent benefits, and fixed 12-hour schedules with no rotation required .

All inpatient and crisis-unit RNs are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus .

These roles are ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about supporting individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises.
