We're looking for a Director of Product Management, AI Applications to lead the development of several strategic AI / LLM powered product areas, including but not limited to :

• AI Insights - Transform voice-of-customer data into actionable CX intelligence.
• Agent Assist - Equip agents with real-time, LLM-powered guidance and coaching.
• AI Knowledge - Deliver contextual answers to live and virtual agents.
• GenAI Studio - Advance AI observability and evaluation for enterprise-scale deployments.

This role combines leadership and hands-on execution. You'll manage a small team of product managers while also acting as an individual contributor driving impactful solutions.

Work Location : This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

The US base salary range for this role is below. $122,500$381,400 USD
