• About the Role

• Solutions Technician
• to join us onsite in
• Enfield, CT.

In this role, you’ll work with a supportive team to provide remote troubleshooting and technical support to our clients. You’ll get hands-on experience with a wide range of equipment including PCs, peripherals, cameras, NVR / DVR systems, TVs, network connections, amplifiers, and other low-voltage devices.

• Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
• Provide remote support for client systems and devices
• Troubleshoot and configure a variety of equipment including PCs, networked devices, AV systems, and more
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues, offering timely updates on open issues Rev. 10 / 16 / 25
• Proactively seek out solutions using internal resources and self-guided research
• What We’re Looking For :
• 1+ year of customer service experience (essential)
• 2+ years of help desk or technical support (preferred)
• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting user environments
• Familiarity with IP and analog camera systems, AV systems, TVs, and basic networking is a plus
• A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Work Schedule
• Monday to Friday
• Occasional on-call, overtime, and weekend availability
