Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials in-process components and finished products against specifications.
• Conduct various quality tests and measurements using calibrated equipment such as CMMs calipers and micrometers.
• Document inspection results non-conformances and quality data accurately in logs and reports.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming materials initiating corrective action requests as needed.
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection and test equipment.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality deviations.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and company procedures.
