Degree Heating & Cooling is an established company with over 30 years of experience providing top-tier service and quality products in the Glastonbury, CT area.

Sign-On Bonus : up to $20,000

Degree Heating & Cooling, a Zephyr local brand, is seeking a HVAC Service Technician for our New Milford, CT location. The role involves performing maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring safety, quality, and customer standards are met. This full-time position reports to the Service Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment
  • Establish rapport with customers to offer solutions and provide appropriate service
  • Keep job sites and trucks clean and organized
  • Participate in training, meetings, and company events

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license

    • Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Prioritize safety, following OSHA standards
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, handle controls, hear, and talk regularly
  • Climb ladders, work in hot / cold environments, and crawl in small spaces
  • Lift and move 50+ lbs regularly
  • Work outdoors across seasons as required
