Speech-Language Pathologist – Pediatric Therapy

Western Arkansas

Position Highlights :

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Compensation :  $58.04 - $69.65 per hour, based on experience.

  • Qualifications :

  • Degree :  Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure :  Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility to obtain.
  • Certifications :  Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion.
  • Skillset :  Expertise in early intervention, speech-language development, and swallowing disorders.
  • Experience :  Open to new graduates and experienced SLPs.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children with communication disorders.
  • Provide therapy for conditions such as speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, cognitive delays, fine / gross motor delays, and sensory disorders.
  • Educate families on therapeutic techniques to support treatment goals at home.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
