The Company is in search of a Vice President Legal to provide expert legal guidance, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and manage legal risk in support of corporate initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling the legal function, serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, and providing counsel on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, partnerships, employment, data privacy, and regulatory issues. This role demands a professional with a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, 7-10+ years of legal experience, and a proven track record in leading complex legal matters. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and urgency within the legal team.
