Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,070 per week in Lamberton, MN

Job Description We're hiring an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) contract position in Lamberton, Minnesota . This role includes floating to a partner SNF in Worthington, MN two days each week. The ideal candidate is a dedicated rehab professional who values patient-centered care and thrives in a supportive, team-based environment. Responsibilities Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in SNF and sub-acute rehab settings. Evaluate patient abilities, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized therapy sessions. Document all care and progress according to state, federal, and facility guidelines. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs, SLPs, nurses, and case managers. Maintain 85% productivity across both assigned locations. Travel between Lamberton and Worthington facilities as scheduled. Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility for MN licensure). Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), long-term care, or geriatric rehab strongly preferred. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Reliable transportation for scheduled float days.
