📍 Location : Klamath Falls, Oregon

🩺 Position Type : Full-Time, Outpatient | FQHC Setting

💰 Salary Range : $240,000–$270,000 / year

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Provide comprehensive primary care : preventive, diagnostic & treatment

✅ Perform thorough physical exams & health screenings

✅ Maintain complete and timely medical records

✅ Mentor and support medical providers in training

✅ Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities

✅ Contribute to inpatient care and call coverage (as needed)

✅ Adhere to OSHA, safety, and regulatory standards

✅ Ensure culturally competent, patient-centered care

Job Requirements

🎓 MD or DO from an accredited institution

✅ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

📅 Minimum 3 years of primary care experience (FQHC / underserved preferred)

📄 Active Oregon medical license, DEA, CPR certification

🏥 Knowledge of FQHC operations & healthcare regulations

🤝 Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills

🌎 Cultural sensitivity and commitment to diverse populations

🌙 Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend responsibilities
