📍 Location : Colorado

🩺 Specialty : Vascular Surgery

📅 Dates : Sept 15 (7a) – Sept 18 (7a)

💰 Pay : $2,700–$2,800 / day

🕐 Schedule : 24-hour call (7a–7a) – includes 4 gratis hours

🏥 Coverage Details

Setting : Trauma Level II hospital

Cases : Surgical management of blunt and other vascular trauma

Required Procedures : Abdominal Open / Endovascular

Average Callback : 6–8 hrs

Support Staff : None

EMR : Epic

✈️ Airfare & hotel fully covered

🚗 Travel exceptions accepted with provider presentation

✅ Requirements

🩺 Board Certified in Vascular Surgery – Required

🪪 Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ in hand) – Required

💊 Active DEA (must remain active for entire assignment) – Required

📅 Must be available for all September dates – Required

💻 Complete EMR training modules before start – Required

🧾 Clean malpractice / background – Required for quick credentialing
