Senior Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Contact Center Technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect hybrid data solutions integrating on-premises and cloud platforms

Lead data migration and modernization initiatives for contact center environments

Design and implement scalable data architectures and enforce data governance policies

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience

Expertise in Contact Center technologies and hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms

Proficiency in data engineering, SQL, and ETL / ELT pipeline design

Experience with real-time data processing and strong programming skills in Python

Demonstrated leadership and success in Agile environments
