Position Summary

The Lead Process Engineer will lead the analysis, redesign, and digitization of critical workflows. This role will manage cross-functional collaboration, ensure compliance with governance standards, and align process improvements with organizational goals.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workflow analysis and redesign efforts.
• Coordinate with business units, IT, and leadership to develop optimized digital processes.
