About The Position

We are seeking  experienced Surgical Technologists for a 13-week full-time contract assignment in Decorah, Iowa . This role is ideal for surgical technologists who are skilled across multiple specialties and thrive in a collaborative surgical team environment.

You will assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals in a variety of procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and patient care in the operating room.

Job Requirements

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program (required).

State of Iowa Mandatory Reporter Training (required).

American Heart Association BLS certification (required).

Must reside within 30 minutes of WinnMed while on-call.

Surgical Technologist certification preferred (CST, NBSTSA, or equivalent).

Minimum 1 year of surgical technology experience required.
