Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to support digital initiatives by managing workflow, communications, and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Run the end-to-end Digital initiation workflow, ensuring smooth transitions between steps

Maintain reviewer checklists with clear SLAs and exit criteria, coordinating stakeholders and escalating blockers

Capture evidence of approvals and completion, maintaining organized documentation and audit trails

Required Qualifications

2-3+ years in operations coordination or PMO / admin for intake / onboarding, preferably in data / IT or regulated environments

Experience running checklists across multiple teams and managing SLAs with minimal supervision

Strong documentation discipline and familiarity with evidence standards and records management

Proficiency in Excel and experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint)

Exposure to pharma / biotech and knowledge of data governance, privacy (GDPR / HIPAA), and basic GxP concepts
