Job Summary

Aniz Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about making a difference in the community. As an LPN with Aniz Inc., you’ll provide direct patient care, oversee Certified Clinical Medical Assistants (CCMAs), and support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving health and wellness for underserved populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness and those living with or at risk for HIV.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice and organizational protocols.
  • Record accurate patient histories, vital signs, and documentation in the EMR.
  • Administer medications and vaccines as ordered by the provider, including PrEP and other preventive treatments.
  • Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, HIV prevention, and overall wellness.
  • Support Ryan White program services by ensuring care coordination, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Oversee CCMAs, providing guidance and ensuring clinical quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with providers, staff, and community partners to deliver holistic, inclusive care.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-focused clinical environment.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality, safety, and infection control standards.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia.
  • Current CPR / BLS certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a medical office, outpatient clinic, or community health setting (new graduates with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply).
  • Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems.
  • Experience working with diverse and underserved populations preferred.
  • Bilingual (preferred but not required).
