Operations Analyst

SBTS Group HQ : D.C, Washington, United States Remote job May 23 Driven Operations Analyst focused on enhancing organizational efficiency through data-driven insights and project execution across data entry, project management, customer service, and IT functions. Identifies areas for improvement, implements solutions, and ensures optimal performance. Leverages data to streamline processes, reduce errors, and maximize customer satisfaction. Responsibilities : Analyze data entry for efficiency and accuracy; recommend improvements. Manage projects enhancing data entry, customer service, and IT implementation. Optimize customer service using data analysis. Collaborate with IT on operational system improvements. Monitor KPIs for data entry, projects, and customer service. Report on operational performance and improvement initiatives. Identify and resolve issues in data entry, projects, and IT. Support user training on new processes and systems. Gather requirements for IT solutions supporting operations. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Experience in operations analysis or related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data analysis (Excel preferred). Understanding of customer service principles. Familiarity with IT systems.
