IMMI is seeking a highly motivated Full Time Production Assembly Operators to support our operations.

LOCATION : Onsite- Westfield, IN
HOURS : Monday - Thursday, 5 : 00pm - 3 : 30am
PAY RATE : $16.40 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assemble seat belts, seats, and / or buckles to specifications.
- Read, comprehend, and execute tasks based on Process Control Instructions, Bill of Material, Product Description Sheets, and Visual work Instructions.
- Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- Assist other workstations as needed.
- Clean and maintain work area.
- Perform daily audit requirements for safety, quality, 5S, and standard work.
- Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma or equivalent.Experience in assembly or a manufacturing setting.Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to consistently produce quality work.Must be detail oriented.Excellent hand / eye coordination.Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 pounds occasionally.Must be able to stand up for at least 10 hours a day.Must be flexible to work in various stations.Must be able to work overtime if needed.Must stay focused in fast-paced work environment.WORK ENVIRONMENT DEMANDS :
