As a nationally recognized leader in Electrophysiology Cardiology care, we offer an opportunity for a dedicated physician to provide cutting-edge care to patients with complex cardiac conditions while collaborating with a team of top-tier cardiologists and surgeons. Position Details : 100% EP practice at 1 hospital. Outreach clinic : 1-4 half days per month. 3 State-of-the art EP labs, including 2 biplane EP labs. CARTO, EnSite, and Rhythmia mapping systems as well as Cryoablation. Farapulse PFA. CRM : Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Abbott. Hybrid lab available for EP procedures Very active clinical EP research program : Platinum research site and Center of Training for Boston Scientific.

• EPIC EMR 5 EP providers, 16 Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist. Compensation & Benefits Package : 2 year Base guarantee followed by productivity-based model of compensation. • $745,000.00-$917,347.00 Position Requirements : Unrestricted Illinois License prior to start Board certified or Board eligible, American Board of Electrophysiology 3 years experience M.D., D.O., or professional equivalent degree
