Licenses : Active Arizona license or IMLC accepted

Board : BC / BE in Urology

DEA : Required

CSR : Not required

Certifications : None specified

Experience : Minimum 1 year in specialty

Other Qualifications : Proficiency with Cerner EMR

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide inpatient and outpatient Urology coverage

Perform general urologic surgeries and procedures

Manage clinic patients and inpatient consults

Participate in on-call rotation as assigned

Collaborate with PA and hospital staff to ensure continuity of care

Complete documentation in Cerner EMR accurately and timely

Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and vaccination requirements
