Job Responsibilities

• Create Customized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies designed to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily life activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work collaboratively with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Their Families : Provide valuable instruction to patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to foster ongoing progress in their home environment
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure sustained patient progress
