As a Tax Analyst within PNC's Commercial Real Estate organization, you will be based in either California, Oregon or Washington.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our accounting and tax functions. This role focuses on back-office operations and tax support, requiring strong technical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter transactions into the accounting system and maintain accurate records
• Open and manage new cash accounts; download and reconcile bank statements
• Assist with high-volume tasks during tax season, including :
• Network folder organization and shortcut management
• Oversight of a shared inbox for tax returns and financial statements
• Collection of past-due tax returns and financial statements
• Communicate with external accounting firms to ensure timely and accurate information exchange
• Perform database entries and process check deposits
• Provide general operational support for tax-related activities

Job Description :

Organizes and analyzes tax forms for filing in accordance with regulations and as directed by management.

Researching and monitoring appropriate federal, state and local tax regulations and obligations.

Preparing appropriate tax forms and instruments for filing with federal, state and local jurisdictions.

Keeps business units informed about tax implications of their operation.

Compiling and analyzing tax data and providing reports to management.

Pay Transparency :

Base Salary : $33,000.00 - $69,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
