Contact clients and gather the need for insurance and the info required to quote and setup an appointment for a licensed agent to consult on optionsThe role will have set growth goals to keep you on track for personal goalsAgency will provide leads to help generate appointments though individual prospecting is encouragedImmersed into the Farmer's culture and the insurance industryWork closely with the team to improve the customer experienceCommit and work through the training when provided both in person and virtualRequirement
Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred but not requiredAbility to build rapport with clients.
