How will you make an impact in this role?
The Director of Human Capital Risk will :
- Support update of Human Capital Management programs, including policies and standards, governance, roles & responsibilities, and requirements
- Perform independent oversight and provide effective challenge to first line through reviews / testing and ongoing monitoring of Human Capital risk processes
- Contribute to education of first line teams across the enterprise about risk management programs and practices
- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders and partners to ensure regulatory compliance and manage regulatory relationship and exams for safety & soundness related regulations
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience, specifically in risk management, compliance, human resources / employee relations oversight or a similar roleDemonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and apply strategic thinking to deliver initiatives to advance a programs’ maturity and developmentAbility to identify issues, escalate key findings, and advise on recommended solutions to correct issues and / or mitigate risksProven ability to translate complex and disparate information into a comprehensive and cohesive conclusionAptitude to communicate findings to colleagues, business partners, and senior leaders in a clear, logical and structured wayImpeccable integrity required for handling confidential informationRigorous and analytical approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritizationPreferred Qualifications
Professional certification (SHRM)4+ years experience in independent risk management (2LOD)Salary Range : $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
