Job Summary : MaineGeneral is looking for a dedicated Home Health Case Manager RN to join our Augusta team. In this role, you'll provide individualized patient care in the comfort of their homes, fostering strong patient relationships while promoting health and independence. Job Description : $20,000 sign-on bonus potential for experienced Nurses! Available to RNs with at least one year of nursing experience. Must commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week. Not available to current MaineGeneral employees or former employees separated for less than one year.
