Senior Shield Home Care has  immediate  openings for experienced, compassionate caregivers for the schedule below :

  • 24 hours per week
  • Saturday & Sunday
  • 12-hour shift
  • 8 AM to 8 PM

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • incontinence care, incontinence brief
  • change bed linens
  • make client bed
  • light housekeeping
  • assist with transfers
  • precautions
  • grooming
  • dress the client
  • assist with commode
  • clean client areas
  • medication reminders
  • prepare / help with meals
  • assist shower

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of  professional   caregiving experience
  • Compassion for our senior and disabled clients
  • CPR / First Aid
  • Current TB clearance (or willing to obtain one)
  • Ability to lift and transfer patients with assistive devices
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to occasionally transport patients
  • A great attitude is a must!
