Your Role :
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in enhancing communication skills and addressing speech and language disorders for students. This position is 100% onsite.
Conduct Assessments : Evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities of students.Develop Therapy Plans : Create individualized goals and plans based on assessment results and student needs.Deliver Therapy : Provide direct therapy services, focusing on articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and more.Collaborate : Work alongside teachers, parents, and educational teams to support communication goals.Utilize Evidence-Based Techniques : Incorporate proven methods into therapy sessions for effective outcomes.Monitor Progress : Track student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.Document Sessions : Accurately record therapy sessions and progress reports.Participate in IEP Meetings : Provide insights on students' speech and language needs.Qualifications :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.Experience in providing speech-language therapy in a school or pediatric environment.Proficiency in assessment and therapy techniques for pediatric patients.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.Problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail.Preferred : Experience in teletherapy and knowledge of AAC systems.Benefits :
