Description
As a pivotal member of our sales team, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Key Account Manager. In this role, you will focus on cultivating and growing your assigned book of business. Our customers are at the heart of our sustained growth and future success, making your role critical in maintaining and expanding these relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction and uncover additional sales opportunities through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base to drive additional revenue.
Develop and execute account plans for each customer, aiming to increase revenue and maximize customer satisfaction by developing and executing accounts plans for each customer.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with your assigned book of business, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Monitor and report on sales performance and account metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure continuity of product and service.
