Job descriptionProvide direct instruction in academic, social, behavioral, and life skills areas tailored to each students IEP. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized education plans and monitor student progress. Develop and maintain a positive and structured learning environment that encourages student engagement and development. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
