Safety Manager

llstates Consulting Services is looking for an experienced Safety Manager to join our partner in the Chandler Arizona Market who understands the Wireless, EV, Electrical and Civil construction safety standards, knows how to train and oversee all aspects of safety. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for the Chandler AZ market. We may consider a remote position but still must be in the Southwest. This is s full-time W2 position with access to very competitive pay and benefits.

s the Safety Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all safety programs and policies within the organization. You will ensure compliance with industry regulations, promote a culture of safety, and lead initiatives to minimize risks and enhance the well-being of our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Lead safety training, awareness programs and committees for employees.
• Investigate and report on incidents and accidents.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging safety trends.
