Job descriptionPatient Demographics : General primary care population Phone Consults : Yes Case Mix : Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - outpatient only EMR System : EPIC - fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII Office Equipment Available : Standard primary care equipment Specialty Backup Available : Collegial group of system physicians Support Staff Available : Nurse practitioners in outpatient settings Reason for Coverage : Growth and expansion of physician services Credentialing Timeline : 90-120 days post-offer Rate : Highly competitive salary (Negotiable, MGMA-aligned) Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Indiana has favorable malpractice laws Additional Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 403B with employer match Exceptional CME funding Licensure reimbursement (license, CSR, DEA), dues, subscriptions Contract bonuses based on RVUs Flexible time off Sign-on bonus (negotiable) Relocation reimbursement (negotiable) General outpatient primary care Licenses : Active Indiana license (or ability to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Experience : Open to all experience levels Other Qualifications : Supportive system for mentorship and development; EPIC proficiency Provide comprehensive outpatient care for a diverse patient population Collaborate with other system physicians in a collegial and growth-oriented practice Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation Contribute to the expansion of primary care services in a growing health system
