Position Details :

Schedule : Full-time, first shift (8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM) with potential for overtime!

Location : On-site only (no remote or hybrid options)

What You'll Do :

• Deliver exceptional customer service by helping patients with their needs efficiently, empathetically, and professionally.
• Use medical terminology to help patients understand their healthcare needs and navigate their options.
• Provide clear and effective communication over the phone, managing high call volumes with ease and courtesy.
• Handle data entry with accuracy to maintain updated patient records.
• Support multilingual patients
