Job Details :

Pay : $ per week (to be updated)

Positions Open : 1

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Days

36 hours weekly guarantee

Provide therapy programs for patients of all ages with developmental deficits, physical injury, or illness

Role may include other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on the facility's needs and requirements

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted SD License

BLS by American Heart Association - required

Must have at least 2 years experience

Must be able to provide 3 supervisory reference
