About The Position

Job Title : Registered Respiratory Therapist

Profession : Respiratory Therapist

Shift : 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM

Hours per Shift : 12.5 hours

Experience : Minimum of 24 months of current RRT experience required

License : Active state license

Certifications : Active certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required

Must-Have :

Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.

No license hits allowed.

Flu vaccination status must be noted.

All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.

Description :

Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of current RRT experience.

Active certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross must be included in the application.

Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.

All requests for time off must be noted and cannot exceed 7 days.

Time off requests will not be approved in the first week of the assignment or during holidays.

All facilities the candidate is willing to work in should be listed.

All shifts the candidate is open to working must be indicated.

All departments the candidate is willing to work in should be checked in the submission.

Travel experience is preferred.

The profile must include a completely filled out cover page and a resume with details about all facilities, size, beds, trauma level, and units listed.

A skills checklist specific to the discipline must be included, and it should be less than a year old.

Verification of the license must be less than 30 days old.

Flu vaccination declinations are accepted, but forms must be requested.

Candidates must adhere to specific background requirements.
