Job Description / Responsibilities

⦁ Serve as subject matter expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer

⦁ Translate business requirements into AJO journeys, including customer segmentation, journey branching

⦁ Integrate AJO with AEP Real-Time CDP, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and third-party systems.

⦁ Build real-time decisioning and message personalization using AEP data.

⦁ Integrate AJO with email, SMS, push, and other communication channels.

⦁ Test, debug, and optimize journey workflows and message templates.

⦁ Troubleshoot and debug AJO applications, provide technical support to development teams and business stakeholders.

Skillsets :

⦁ Deep understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) architecture and workflows.

⦁ Experience with AEP and RTCDP for data and audience integration.

⦁ Familiarity with email / SMS campaign execution platforms and channel integrations.

⦁ Strong grasp of event-driven architectures and real-time data flows.

⦁ Experience with personalization logic and decisioning (, rules, offers).
