Key Responsibilities
Answer help desk calls and respond to moderately complex customer inquiries
Assist customers in resolving complex technical problems related to software and hardware
Log and track inquiries, maintain problem documentation, and follow up to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of technical training preferred
0-3 years of technical or customer support experience
Experience with company products and operating systems
Experience in solving computer-related problems
