Key Responsibilities Analyze application problems, document, resolve, or escalate issues to Tier 2 support Engage in daily operational calls with stakeholders to review high-profile issues and updates Diagnose and troubleshoot PC setup, browser optimization, access issues, and network problems using remote technology tools Required Qualifications High School Diploma 3+ years of relevant experience Working knowledge of web-based applications and data access mechanisms Experience with enterprise-level applications and database management tools Specialized training in system configuration and ITIL experience
