Job Title : Plumbing Foreman

Salary : $130K - $150K

Are you an experienced Plumbing Foreman looking to take the lead on major high-rise residential projects in New York City? We are a well-established plumbing contractor operating across all 5 boroughs, and we're seeking a knowledgeable, hands-on Foreman to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews on high-rise residential construction projects
• Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with NYC building codes
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
• Ensure proper installation of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality workmanship
• Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Track labor, materials, and progress to meet project schedules and deadlines
