Director of Data Analysis

A company is looking for a Director of Business Data Analysis, Remote. Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end data analysis projects including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement Analyze large, complex healthcare data sets and ensure data quality meets expectations Manage multiple concurrent projects and foster collaboration across teams to achieve shared goals Required Qualifications : 10+ years of healthcare industry experience 10+ years of experience analyzing eligibility and medical / Rx claims data 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and writing specifications 5+ years of SQL experience with commands such as GROUP BY, SUM, JOIN, WHERE 3+ years of experience as a project lead and in a people manager role
