Position : Grain Operations
Key responsibilities include :
- Loading and unloading grain trucks and railcars
- Operating grain handling equipment such as conveyors, augers, and grain elevators
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Monitoring grain quality and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Assisting with inventory management and record-keeping
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in grain operations or a related field preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery safelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as neededBenefits :
