Job descriptionPerform MRI procedures following established clinical protocols Operate MRI equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety guidelines Produce high-quality diagnostic images with strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy Review patient histories and verify clinical indications with providers Accurately document procedures in PACS and EMR systems Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients during exams Maintain cleanliness and readiness of MRI suite and equipment Associate degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology Experience : 1+ year of MRI technologist experience required (3+ years preferred) Certifications : Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist license BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 100% employer match (3% to 9% based on tenure) Paid time off, family leave, and extended sick leave Tuition reimbursement and support for certifications Employee Stock Purchase Plan (10% discount) Mental health support, telemedicine, and wellness programs Additional perks : identity theft protection, home / auto / pet insurance, and more Career development and advancement opportunities
MRI Technologist - Full-Time
Location : Panama City, FL
Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 9 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM
On-Call : As needed (Call-Back Pay : 2-hour minimum at time and a half)Compensation & Benefits :
- Sal range :
- 0-5 years : $32-$37.
- 5-9 years : $38 - $40
- 10+ years : $40.50 - $44
- Sign-On Bonus : $5,000
- Relocation Assistance : Available for eligible candidates
Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MRI Technologist to join our advanced diagnostic imaging team. In this role, you will perform MRI procedures using cutting-edge equipment to deliver high-quality diagnostic images. You'll also ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process, while working collaboratively within a modern and well-supported radiology department.Responsibilities :
