Position Overview

Join WhiteWater Express Car Wash as a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Dallas-Fort Worth area! Our fast-growing company boasts over 130 locations across TX OK LA OH KY and MIand were just getting started. This is a 100% travel role perfect for someone who thrives on being in the field and tackling challenges head-on at multiple locations. Were seeking a hands-on leader with strong mechanical skills and experience managing technical teams to play a critical role in our Facilities team keeping our sites operating at peak performance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead schedule and coordinate daily activities for a team of regional Maintenance Technicians
• Travel to car wash locations across the region for repairs and equipment installations
• Perform hands-on maintenance by diagnosing and repairing car wash equipment including hydraulic pneumatic and low-voltage electrical systems (5V and above up to 480V).
• Troubleshoot and repair 480V / 230V 3-phase motor control centers (MCCs).
• VFD troubleshooting and installation
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Communicate effectively with Operations teams and vendors to coordinate repairs and projects
• Oversee and perform building maintenance : plumbing mechanical and electrical systems
• Accurately document and update all maintenance tasks accurately within multiple mobile work order management systems
• Monitor and review departmental budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals.
